• Jackalopes set to host Amarillo in weekend clash (yourbasin.com) — Odessa hockey fans can catch the Jackalopes at home this weekend as they host the Amarillo Wranglers, with games Friday night and Saturday evening. Beyond the on-ice action, fans can join a teddy bear toss and even adopt pets through the team’s ongoing partnership with the Odessa Animal Shelter, with adoptions available at the arena for just $27.
