Survey Says: Friendswood, Santa Fe Tops Among Texas' Safe Cities
Friendswood, Santa Fe, Deer Park and Seabrook are among some of Texas' safest cities. Found out which other Houston communities made it.
A recent survey by Home Security Advisor has listed several Gulf Coast cities the top safest cities in the 2019 List of Texas Top 50 Safest Cities report.
Friendswood was listed highest among Houston area cities at No. 9, while Seabrook came in at a solid No. 17. Santa Fe was listed at No. 36, and Deer Park was listed at No. 41, and La Porte at No. 49, out of 50 cities in Texas.
Data for the rankings was compiled utilizing statistics from the 2017 FBI Uniform Crime Report for towns and cities with 10,000 residents or more, who recorded their crime data.
