  1. #StandWithUvalde is the support theme that Round Rock ISD and other schools in central Texas are honoring on Sept. 6 Uvalde's first day of school. Teachers, staff, and students are asked to wear maroon colored shirts in solidarity with Uvalde, in remembrance of the students and teachers lost in the mass shooting that occurred earlier this year in May. (FOX 7)
  2. Round Rock is hosting the Sprouts Farmers Market 2022 Big 12 Soccer Championship at the Multipurpose Complex. The quarter final matches will be on Oct. 30, semifinals on Nov. 3, and finals on Nov. 6. Click here to purchase tickets ahead of time ($5 day pass, $12 3-day pass) (Fox 7)

  • City officials urge to stay vigilant in preventing and also being aware of any wildfires. Did you know that a wildfire can travel a mile in just 3 minutes? As much as we've all enjoyed the recent rainfall, chances for rain have dropped and everyday temperatures are rising again. In Round Rock and close by cities, there have been more wildfires this year in the same time frame during any of the last five years. (Community Impact)
