8-Year-Old Boy Drowns In Richmond Pool
An 8-year-old boy who was found at the bottom of a neighborhood pool on Saturday evening, died Sunday morning.

RICHMOND, TX — An 8-year-old boy who was pulled from a Richmond pool on Saturday evening has died.
Fort Bend County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a neighborhood pool, at Fronterra Court and Rio Vista Drive at about 8 p.m. after the boy was found at the bottom of the pool.
Lifeguard who were on duty at the pool, pulled the child out and performed CPR on the boy until paramedics arrived.

He was flown by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he died.

Investigators said the boy was not supposed to be in the poll and did not know how to swim.
