• Tomball 19-year-old wanted, accused of stealing over $20K of truck tailgates (fox26houston.com) — Law enforcement is searching for a 19-year-old Tomball resident accused of stealing tailgates from more than 20 pickup trucks, with several allegedly recovered at a home off Danphy Landing Court near Grand Parkway and Hufsmith-Kohrville. Authorities say the suspect is already on probation for similar offenses and are asking anyone with information to contact Precinct 4 or local police.
   

• Harris-Galveston Subsidence District Board of Directors met Dec. 10 (houstondaily.com) — Regional water officials recently met to review groundwater permits and policies that include an item involving the City of Tomball. The board discussed emergency permits, groundwater reduction plans, and long-term contracts that could influence how Tomball and neighboring communities manage water supplies and subsidence in the coming years.
