• Parts of Tomball to see power outage, traffic delays Wednesday (khou.com) — Parts of Tomball will lose power and see major traffic disruptions Wednesday, Dec. 17, as CenterPoint Energy replaces poles, transformers, and lines along W. Main Street. Outages and alley closures between Pine and Elm streets should last from 7 a.m. to about 3 p.m., with multiple north-south streets blocked and drivers urged to expect delays and detours.
   

• Interlochen grads spotlighted on national 'From the Top' broadcast (interlochenpublicradio.org) — A Tomball High School marching band alum, trombonist Devin Spaulding, is being featured on the national classical music program “From the Top” after graduating from Interlochen and earning a major young artist award.
