ACROSS AMERICA — Most of us get along fine with our neighbors as long as they’re trustworthy, quiet and friendly. Mix in a block full of kind neighbors who volunteer to cut the grass or shovel the snow when you can’t, who respect your privacy and who handle differences maturely, and you’re in “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.”
