The AHCA Is Back, But Will It Pass?
Once again, Republicans hope to pass the American Health Care Act through the House of Representatives. They are aiming to vote by Thursday afternoon, and while the margin is tight, GOP leaders must be confident they'll succeed if they're willing to bring it to the floor. But since the Congressional Budget Office hasn't scored the newest version of the bill, lawmakers may not fully understand what they're voting on. (Patch)

President Trump will sign an executive order Thursday, titled "Promoting Free Speech and Religious Liberty," aiming to ease enforcement of Obamacare's contraception mandate, which requires employers to provide health insurance that covers contraception. It also empowers federal agencies to ease enforcement of the Johnson Amendment, which prevents tax-exempt nonprofits from endorsing or denouncing political candidates. (Patch)

For Now, Be Suspicious Of Google Docs Emails
Watch out for unsolicited or unexpected email invitations to open Google Docs — this may mean you're the target of a phishing scam that swept quickly across the internet Wednesday. The email will likely come from someone you know and should be deleted immediately, unless you can confirm it was sent intentionally. Many journalists began pointing out the scam on Twitter, and reports suggested that members of Congress were also affected as well as students at many universities. (Patch)
