Johnny Manziel's domestic violence case will go before a grand jury this week, according to multiple reports.

The former Texas A&M star quarterback is accused of repeatedly hitting and threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend during a night out in Dallas.

The grand jury will hear the case Thursday with a decision expected by Monday, according to the Associated Press.

At one point, she said, he hit her so hard her ear began to bleed and she lost hearing in it for several days.

He also screamed, "Shut up or I’ll kill us both," she wrote.

Manziel was cut by the Cleveland Browns, who drafted him in the first-round two years ago, and ESPN reported Tuesday that his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, ended their relationship.
