Macy's Credit Card System Experiencing Slowdown On Black Friday
The retailer said it is taking longer than usual to process some credit and gift cards on Black Friday.

Macy's says it is taking longer than usual to process some credit cards and gift cards in their stores on Black Friday, one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
The retailer said in a statement that they have added additional associates to the floor and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The slowdown interfered with shopping plans across the country. Shoppers complained about the problems on Twitter Friday afternoon.
