Patch Morning Briefing: Georgia Special Election; Tax Day; Manhunt Continues
Also: United evidence preserved, Coachella pickpocket, Glenn Beck's lawsuit and more.

Good morning! It's Tuesday, and we hope your week has started off well. Here's what you need to know to begin your day.
Georgia's 6th District Heads To The Polls
Residents in Georgia's 6th District will vote today for their U.S. representative in a race that is attracting eyeballs across the country. After Republicans only narrowly won what they thought would be an easy race in Kansas last week, Democrats are hopeful that the liberal candidate will prosper in the Peach State. Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff is the frontrunner in a crowded field, but if no one wins more than 50 percent of the vote tonight, the district will have a runoff vote in June that will be much tighter. Did You File Your Taxes Yet?
Today is the final day to file your 2016 tax returns with the IRS. Because of the holiday weekend, the usual due date of April 15 was pushed forward to today. If you're still sending in your taxes the old-fashioned route using snail mail, be sure to check what time your local post office closes so you don't incur any late filing fees. (Patch)

Manhunt Continues In Purported 'Facebook Killing'
The search has gone national for Steve Stephens, a homicide suspect who allegedly posted a video to Facebook showing the killing of a 74-year-old man he chose at random, according to Cleveland police. Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said that "no stone will be left unturned" in the manhunt. He also vowed that law enforcement would follow up on every tip that is submitted. The FBI, ATF and US Marshals are now offering $50,000 for tips and information that help lead to Stephens' arrest. (Patch)
