Plus: Trump shakes hands with Comey, Tillerson gets a vote and more.

Good morning, Patchers, and happy Monday. Here's what you need to know this morning:

TRUMP TO BE SUED OVER PAYMENTS FROM FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS

President Trump (we're still getting used to writing that) is expected to be sued this morning by a coalition of legal heavy hitters. Their claim: For Trump's properties, such as his hotels and golf courses, taking payments from foreign governments violates the U.S. Constitution's so-called emoluments clause. The clause bans the acceptance "of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state." The legal team filing the suit includes former ethics lawyers for Presidents Obama and George W. Bush. (The New York Times)

SUPER BOWL LI MATCHUP SET

The Atlanta Falcons will square off against the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LI in Houston. The Falcons easily dispatched the Green Bay Packers 44-21 Sunday, while the Patriots beat the Steelers 36-17. The Patriots are the early favorite for the big game. (ESPN)

REX TILLERSON GETS HIS VOTE

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee will vote today whether to confirm former Exxon Mobile CEO Rex Tillerson as secretary of state. Some senators on the committee have expressed reservations about his business dealings with Russia. With Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham saying they will vote to confirm Tillerson — and Republicans controlling the committee by one vote — Sen. Marco Rubio appears to be the only thing standing between Tillerson and a successful confirmation. (The Washington Post)
