President Trump To Speak To Congress
He'll make the trek over to Capitol Hill later this evening for his first major speech to federal lawmakers. It's not technically a "State of the Union" address, though. First-term presidents traditionally give an address to the joint session in their first year in office in place of one. (Patch)

Leaked Audio: Trump Cares About Food Safety But Only If the Food Is Foreign
Gizmodo Media Group (formerly Gawker) obtained audio of a December phone call between then-President-elect Trump and then-Commerce Secretary Nominee Wilbur Ross. Ross was confirmed by the Senate on Monday evening. (Gizmodo)
