SEE: Fire At San Antonio Mall Sends Smoke Pouring Into Sky
The blaze inside the mall's parking garage started Monday afternoon.
SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A fire in a parking garage adjacent to the Rivercenter Mall in downtown San Antonio sent smoke pouring into the sky, as firefighters rushed inside to combat the blaze.
“Emergency responds are on property evaluating the situation,” the mall’s Twitter account said Monday.
Rivercenter Mall is located on the Riverwalk downtown and holds more than 100 stores, according to its website.
