Senate Republicans are regrouping after news broke late Monday that the Better Care Reconciliation Act does not have enough support to become law. Two senators, Jerry Moran of Kansas and Mike Lee of Utah, joined two other Republicans in opposing the bill, meaning there's no way it could pass. However, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said that he may push forward with a more drastic plan to cut all funding to Obamacare and delay a "replacement" bill for two years. (Patch)

Walmart Faces Backlash Over Racist Product Listing

Walmart is reexamining its practices regarding third-party online vendors after its website featured a hair cap with a description that used a racial slur. Michigan Baby Revived With Narcan

Parents of a baby treated with the anti-overdose medication Narcan are facing child abuse charges after the infant ingested cocaine and opioids, according to the sheriff's office.
