Shout Out A Teacher Who inspired You For Teacher Appreciation Week
Patch is asking readers to tell us about their favorite teachers and how they inspired them Teacher Appreciation Week, May 8-14.

ACROSS AMERICA — Most of us have a favorite teacher, current or former, who inspires us to be better versions of ourselves or has made a lasting impression in some way. Teacher Appreciation Week, observed May 8-14, is a good time to give them a shoutout.
They may have taught you math and science and other subjects were cooler than you thought, or to believe you could when others said you couldn’t. Perhaps they recognized in you a talent that set your course for life, or stood up for you or an important principle when others didn’t.
Don’t keep it to yourself. Whether elementary, middle or high school teachers — or college professors and instructors — we want to know about their courage, their principles and their kindness.
