Subway 'Jared' Bragged About Paying For Sex With 16-Year-Old Girl: Report
The spokesperson recently had his home raided in connection with a child pornography investigation.
Jared Fogle, the former Subway spokesman whose house was raided on July 7 in connection with a child pornography investigation, once bragged about paying for sex with a 16-year-old, according to a report published Friday night from Business Insider.
Business Insider published what it said were text messages from 2008 between Fogle and a former Subway franchisee, in which he urges her to set up a meeting between him and and her underage cousin.
Fogle later asks her to advertise herself on Craigslist.

Fogle responds: “It was amazing!!!!”
She asks: “What part of her ad made you think she was selling sex?”
He says: “U will have to read them to see.”
The age of consent in Indiana, where Fogle resides, is 16 years old.
Business Insider reported that the text messages are part of an affidavit that was recently subpoenaed by the FBI as part of its investigation into Fogle.
At the time, the woman showed the texts to Subway management. But she says Subway didn’t take any action because Fogle wasn’t technically an employee and only involved as a marketing figure.
Subway told Business Insider that “We have no record of this allegation.”
WWSB in Sarasota reported earlier in July that a woman told the station that Fogle made comments to her like ”Middle school girls are hot.”
No charges have been filed in the current investigation, but Subway and Fogle suspended their relationship while it plays out.
In April, Russell Taylor, the director of Fogle’s Jared Foundation, was arrested on child pornography and child exploitation charges. The foundation immediately severed ties with Taylor.
