Good morning! It's Monday, and we hope your week is off to a good start. Here's what you need to know to begin your day.
9 Dead In Texas Human Trafficking Case
Local police and the Department of Homeland Security are investigating a human trafficking case after nine people died in the back of a semi-trailer in San Antonio, Texas, on Sunday. The truck's air conditioning system was broken as it sat in the parking lot of a Walmart, creating life-threatening conditions for the 39 undocumented immigrants inside. The driver of the vehicle is in police custody. (Patch)

GOP Health Care Bill Comes Up For A Vote
There are many reasons why the Senate will probably reject Republicans' crowning bill razing much of President Obama's health care law. There are fewer why Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell might revive it and avert a GOP humiliation. But President Trump is all in on whatever the Senate can pass. He tweeted Sunday: "If Republicans don't Repeal and Replace the disastrous ObamaCare, the repercussions will be far greater than any of them understand!" (Patch/AP)

Shark Week Is Back Again
So begins another Shark Week, the ratings bonanza the Discovery Channel stumbled into back in 1988. Critics point out that some of the information presented during past Shark Weeks has been misleading — verging on fake news — but fans keep begging for more. This year, there's already some disappointment that, despite promotional promises, Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps did not "race a shark" — his swim speed was just compared to that of a shark.
