WATCH: Apparent Tornado In Texas Rips Roof Off Fort Worth Building
An apparent tornado briefly touched down in the area Thursday.

An apparent tornado that briefly touched down Thursday in Ft. Worth, Texas, took the roof off of a building.
The damage was captured by an amateur videographer.
As intense storm systems moved through the area, the roof was blown off between 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., according to local news reports.

The damaged building was a Compass Bank building at Meacham Boulevard and Interstate 35 West, and no injuries were reported, the Star-Telegram reported.

The National Weather Service has put Tarrant and surrounding counties under a Tornado Watch until at least 8 p.m. CT.
