WATCH: Huge Alligator Released Into Texas Reserve

The 800-pound gator was found yesterday in a Houston shopping center.


The 12-foot, 800-pound alligator that was found in a Texas shopping center parking lot and wrestled on camera by a tiny Texas woman was released into a gator reserve Monday.

The camera-friendly gator’s release was also captured on video. Check it out above.

The gator was found days earlier in Sugar Land, where a dental hygienist was called to the scene to wrestle, wrangle and capture the stray gator.

“He’ll probably just live out the rest of his life and have girlfriends and make babies and be fed every day,” Christy Kroboth told CBSDFW.
