Donald Trump will hold an event Tuesday afternoon at the Sandler Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia, as the general election enters its last leg before November's election day.

Trump spent Labor Day meeting with union leaders in Ohio, a crucial battleground state for his general election showdown with Hillary Clinton. On Tuesday, he heads to Virginia, another battleground state where he trails the Democratic nominee in state polling.

The event is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m Eastern time. Watch a live stream of the GOP nominee's remarks as soon as he begins below:

Trump trails Clinton in Virginia by 5 points, according to a RealClearPolitics average of major state polling. Clinton picked popular Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine as her running mate, and Trump has spent limited time in the swing state, choosing to hold massive rallies in places such as Texas and Mississippi instead.

His event Tuesday in Virginia is closed to the public. He was expected to speak about veterans affairs in a roundtable with military families.
