Watch Replay: Donald Trump Victory Tour Rally In Fayetteville, North Carolina

The president-elect made his second stop on his tour of swing states Tuesday evening.

President-elect Donald Trump's "USA Thank You Tour 2016" — a series of rallies to celebrate his win in the presidential election — continued Tuesday with a stop in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

At the Crown Coliseum at 7 p.m. Eastern time, Trump appeared before a crowd of supporters who helped deliver the crucial swing state of North Carolina to him. Vice President-elect Mike Pence was not scheduled to appear alongside Trump.

It was the second stop of this post-election victory tour after it kicked off in Cincinnati, Ohio, last week. You can watch a replay of that speech here.

If Trump's North Carolina rally is anything like it was in Ohio, expect more of the fiery, charged rhetoric we saw on the campaign trail and less of the stately, measured tone he has (sometimes) (reluctantly) used since becoming the president-elect.

Instead of discussing his ideas about how to keep intact certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act and how the wall along the southern border may not actually be a physical wall, Trump went on many of his off-script rambles about the news media, immigration and terrorism.

“I love this stuff," Trump said after one such moment. "Should we go on with this a little bit longer?”

He also broke a little bit of news at his Ohio rally, saying, "We are going to appoint 'Mad Dog' Mattis as our secretary of defense."

Trump spokesman Jason Miller said on a conference call with reporters Tuesday morning that retired general James Mattis will appear alongside Trump at the Fayetteville rally to make the announcement official.

His next planned victory rally is Thursday in Des Moines, Iowa. He'll go to another rally Friday in Grand Rapids, Michigan, then attend the annual Army-Navy football game Saturday in Baltimore.
