Watch Live Stream: Hillary Clinton In Greensboro, NC; First Event Since Break For Pneumonia
Clinton will go back on the road for the first time since she left to recover from pneumonia.

Hillary Clinton will hit the road Thursday for an afternoon campaign event in Greensboro, North Carolina, her first time on the trail since she took time off to rest and recover from a bout of pneumonia.
Since she was abruptly whisked away from a 9/11 service at ground zero in Manhattan over the weekend, Clinton has seen her polling lead over Donald Trump tighten significantly and nearly vanish.
She will speak Thursday at a 3:45 p.m. Eastern time rally on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Watch a live stream of the event, as soon as it begins, below:

Trump and Clinton each registered 42 percent support in a new CBS News/New York Times poll released Thursday of likely voters, while Libertarian Gary Johnson has 8 percent support and Green Party nominee Jill Stein has 4 percent.

The poll was further confirmation that head-to-head, Clinton still holds a small lead, but when factoring in third-party candidates, the gap narrows significantly.
In a head-to-head contest between the two major candidates, Clinton has a two-point lead at 41 percent to 39 percent of likely voters, which is within the margin of error, making it a virtual tie. When the poll is expanded to registered voters, Clinton's lead widens to five percentage points.
Clinton appears anxious to change the subject of the news cycle from her health and appeared to punctuate that conversation with the release of additional documentation Wednesday afternoon in which her doctor said she "continues to remain healthy and fit to serve as president."
The letter from Dr. Lisa Bardack, Clinton's physician, notes that Clinton had a "mild" case of pneumonia and that she received a 10-day antibiotics course for the non-contagious bacterial pneumonia.
The documentation adds little to the previous health records she divulged last year, which stated that Clinton has low cholesterol and has seasonal allergies. She also takes a thyroid medication, as well as a blood thinner.
