Clinton is scheduled to speak Thursday at 1 p.m. Eastern time on the campus of Johnson C. Smith University.

Following her appearance at the prime-time Commander-in-Chief forum Wednesday night, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is scheduled to head right back to the campaign trail, beginning with a rally in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Clinton will speak to a crowd at the Jack S. Brayboy Gymnasium on the campus of Johnson C. Smith University, as she makes her case for president in the crucial general election swing state.
She is scheduled to speak at 1 p.m. Eastern time. Clinton's website says she will "discuss her plans to keep our nation safe, including working with our allies, and highlight how Donald Trump doesn't have the temperament to serve as commander in chief."

Clinton has seen her national polling lead slip slightly in recent weeks, as the general election enters its final phase and November nears. The latest RealClearPolitics average of major national polls shows Clinton with just a 2.8-point lead over Trump.
But the next U.S. election decided by a national poll will be the first, so Clinton is putting the pressure on swing states such as North Carolina.
In the Tar Heel State, Clinton's lead is just 1.2 points, according to RealClearPolitics.
