Watch: Live Stream Of Hillary Clinton Rally With Joe Biden In Scranton, PA
The former secretary of state and the vice president are scheduled to speak at 12:45 p.m. Eastern.
Hillary Clinton is scheduled to campaign on Monday in Scranton, Pennsylvania, with Vice President Joe Biden, as she looks to spread her message to middle-class voters in the crucial general election state.
It will be the first time that Biden will appear alongside the former secretary of state and Democratic nominee on the campaign trail. Biden mulled a run at the Democratic nomination last year but ultimately declined after the death of his son, Beau.
Clinton and Biden will discuss "their shared commitment to building an America that is stronger together and an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top," according to the Clinton campaign's website, at the Riverfront Sports Complex event, scheduled for a 12:45 p.m. Eastern start.

Donald Trump has long made clear his intention to turn Pennsylvania, a state that has voted Democrat since 1988, into a battleground state. His campaign believes that a message of bringing jobs back for blue-collar workers will resonate and swing the state Republican and carry him to a general election victory.

That hasn't exactly happened.
Clinton holds a 9.2 percent lead in the state, according to a RealClearPolitics average of major state polls. The four most recent polls that RealClearPolitics has tracked all have Clinton up by double digits.
Scranton is the sixth-largest city in Pennsylvania by population. Clinton has a campaign office open in town that will remain open until November's general election, according to the Scranton Times-Tribune.
"To me this is an act of patriotism, keeping that man out of the White House and away from the button,” Bob Russell, a military veteran and campaign volunteer at the office, told the Times-Tribune about why he opposes Trump. That office used to house the local campaign for Bernie Sanders, Clinton's Democratic primary challenger.
