Watch Live Stream: Tom Price's Second Hearing Before Senate Finance Committee
Elizabeth Warren grilled Price in a previous hearing on his perceived conflicts of interest.

Rep. Tom Price testifies before the Senate Finance Committee for his second round of hearings Tuesday at 10 a.m. Eastern in his effort to be confirmed as President Donald Trump's pick for to head the Department of Health and Human Services.
In his first hearing, Price faced tough questions over findings that he purchased stock in a medical device manufacturer before proposing legislation that would benefit the industry. He told Sen. Elizabeth Warren that he was "offended" at the suggestion that he would do so knowingly, but provided no evidence that the purchase was unintentional.
If approved by the Senate, Price will also find himself in the center of a brewing controversy over the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.
