WATCH: Men On Horseback Flee From Police In Texas Neighborhood

One ended up Tased (one of the suspects - not the horses).

Police followed two men on horseback into a Texas neighborhood, and one ended up Tased after he tried (unsuccessfully) to gallop away.

Dash camera video of the incident, which you can see in the video above, shows a police car pulling up behind two men, each riding a horse, in a Mesquite, Texas, neighborhood.

The cop turns his lights on, and one man immediately turns around and surrenders.

The man left his horse in a backyard and kept walking down the street, a Mesquite Police spokesman told Patch. When officers tried to arrest him, he resisted and was Tased, police said.

The men were coming home from a rodeo last week, where they got in a fight and then fled on horses, though another man was arrested on the scene.

Police said the neighborhood seen in the above video backs up to the rodeo property.

“They literally got on their horses and took off,” Mesquite Police Sgt. Joe Smith told Patch.

The man arrested at the scene of the fight was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

The man who immediately got off his horse was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

And the man who tried the daring escape was charged with public intoxication, evading arrest, disorderly conduct and failure to identify.
