ACROSS AMERICA — A new year is dawning, and many people are making resolutions about things they’ll do better in 2024. What about your neighbors: Should they be resolving to do better, too?

We’re asking for Block Talk, Patch’s exclusive neighborhood etiquette column. If there's one New Year's resolution you'd like for your neighbors to make — be it about property upkeep, how they interact with you or something else — what would it be?
