President Trump Lunches With Mike Pence: White House Schedule Aug. 10

BEDMINSTER, NJ — President Trump continues his stay Thursday at the Trump National Golf course as the White House undergoes renovations.

At 12:30 p.m. Eastern, Trump will have lunch with Vice President Mike Pence at the golf club. (For more information on this and other political stories, subscribe to the White House Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)

Trump will receive a security briefing at 2 p.m. with the vice president, National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster and Chief of Staff John Kelly.

At 4 p.m., the press will be briefed on the meeting.

On Wednesday, an instagram user posted a picture with Trump on the golf course. The White House has not confirmed that Trump is golfing, and the president has denied that he's on vacation. While he's been in Bedminster, his public schedule has been far sparser than usual and the press office has stopped holding televised daily briefings.
