Watch Live Stream: CNN's Bernie Sanders, Ted Cruz Tax Reform Debate

Here's how to watch the Sanders-Cruz debate on Wednesday night.

WASHINGTON, DC — Sens. Bernie Sanders and Ted Cruz will debate tax reform Wednesday night on CNN beginning at 9 p.m. Eastern.

At the center of the debate will be the GOP's current push for tax cuts and reform of the tax code. Under the Republicans' proposal, the tax code would be significantly overhauled, with corporations receiving large tax cuts, a reduction in the number of tax brackets, an elimination of the estate tax, an increase in the lowest income tax rate, and a decrease in the top rate.

Many details of the plans have not yet been worked out. However, preliminary analyses from multiple independent research groups suggest the GOP will struggle to live up to its plan to give everyone a tax cut, not increase the deficit and stick to the principles Republicans have laid out so far.
