WASHINGTON, DC — President Trump will hold a press conference with Kuwait's Amir al-Sabah on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Eastern. Watch a live stream of the event on Patch at the end of this article.
Questions continue to hang over the White House about the end of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, an Obama-era policy that provides protections for undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as minors. "We think we are as well prepare as we could possibly be," Trump told the press, referring to Hurricane Irma, in the Oval Office ahead of the event. "Florida is as well prepared as you can be for something like this and we'll see what happens."
