These books include the Barnes & Noble best-seller, Everything I Know About Business I Learned at McDonalds; (McGraw-Hill), which has been translated into at least four different languages;So You Want To Franchise Your Business; (Entrepreneur Press), with a foreword by Subway co-founder Fred DeLuca, now in its second printing; and ;The Everything Fundraising Guide (Adams Media). In addition, she has been commissioned to write books on real estate and entrepreneurship, as well as a multimedia theatrical production about the history of Long Island.
