Police arrested 66-year-old Randy L. Wilson after officials said he stabbed a man during a dispute outside an apartment building.

Ladarrius M. Cowart, 18, was shot and killed in Bowen Park. Police said 50 to 70 people were in the lot at the time of the shooting.
