Hi neighbors! I’m Hitomi, the founder of KOJI and More. Originally from Japan and now proudly calling Orange County home, I am dedicated to sharing the joy of authentic Japanese cooking.

I specialize in Koji fermentation—the secret to "Umami" flavor and a healthy gut. I host small, welcoming cooking workshops in Lake Forest where we prepare traditional meals from scratch. My mission is to build community through delicious, healing food. I look forward to cooking with you!
