Reno Flights Affected By Rain In Las Vegas
Airport says some flights are being impacted by rain in southern Nevada.

I first began reporting in Southern Nevada in early 2016 as a reporter for the Desert Valley Times in Mesquite. I moved here from Oakland, Maine--my hometown of 6,000 people--after graduating from the University of Maine with a degree in journalism.
I've covered a number of issues and I received three first place awards at the 2017 Nevada Press Association Better Newspaper contest for Best Investigative Piece, Best News Feature, and Best Feature. I know the importance of community journalism and I'm excited to provide that to Las Vegas as the Local Editor for Patch Media.
