Boston Doctors Head to Liberia to Battle Ebola
The Brigham and Women’s team of doctors left Monday night.

Matt began his career as a journalist began with an internship at The Enterprise in Brockton, where he worked as a general assignment reporter before moving on to report on education for The Daily News Tribune in Waltham. He then went on to work as an editorial assistant for Directorship magazine, covering corporate governance, and an assistant editor for TechTarget. He rejoined the world of hyperlocal news in 2010 as the founding Local Editor of Westwood Patch. He ran the site until 2012, after which he served as an Associate Regional Editor, managing a region of Patch sites throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, including the South Shore, Cape Cod and Marthas Vineyard. He graduated with a BA in English/Journalism from the University of New Hampshire.
