- The Salt Lake City Police Department has charged four individuals for a home invasion. The group allegedly attempted to invade a home in the Glendale neighborhood which ended in an exchange of gunfire. One of the intruders was shot and killed during the incident. Malibu Rose Mawson, Erik Virgen, Preston Like Olson, and Jaron Andersen have been charged with aggravated burglary and aggravated assault. (KSL.com)
- The Salt Lake City budget for the fiscal year 2023 has been approved by the City Council. The budget is $1.5 billion which reflects a growing population and an increased demand for city services. Click the following link for a full breakdown of the budget. (Utah Business)
- The South Salt Lake Police Department is searching for a fugitive wanted in Ohio. Kyle Anthony Dembowski, 32 years old, has an active warrant for aggravated robbery, child neglect, drugs, and firearm theft. Anyone with information on Dembowski is directed to contact the department immediately. He is known to have violent tendencies and may be armed. (FOX 13 News Utah)
