- A former Salt Lake City School District board member has been sentenced to 180 months in prison. Joel Lehi Organista, 29 years old, pleaded guilty to two felony charges related to the production and transportation of child pornography. Upon his release from prison, Organista will serve 15 years of supervised release and register as a sex offender with the local authorities. (Gephardt Daily)

Nico's Mexican Restaurant, like many small businesses, has been struggling since the beginning of the pandemic. Carlos Cardenas posted a video detailing his father's hopes and dreams for the restaurant. The video was viewed almost 6 million times and gained 1.2 million likes. Those internet points translated to increased traffic at the restaurant. The father and son are reportedly planning on making more videos. (Fox 13 News)
