Update: Amber Alert Canceled, Missing VA Girl, 15, Found Safe
Ronique Channel Poteat was abducted Wednesday night in Richmond, police said. An Amber Alert was canceled after she was found safe.

RICHMOND, VA — Virginia State Police on Thursday night canceled an AMBER Alert for a missing 15-year-old girl last seen in Richmond. Authorities said she was found safe.
According to police, Ronique Channel Poteat was abducted Wednesday night around 11:10 p.m. in the area of Newbridge Terrace in Richmond. Police believe she was abducted by 23-year-old Tyrell Ashley Davenport.

Poteat is believed to be in "extreme danger," police said.
Authorities said Davenport was driving a 2006 Honda Accord which was later located. Police said the alert remains active.

Police said Poteat is Black with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet 4-inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She was seen wearing a pink Nike T-shirt with a white swoosh, red boxers, a black bonnet and Michael Kors glasses.
Police said Davenport is also Black with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark blue zip-up hoodie, dark blue jeans and black Timberland boots.
