Annandale Stabbing Victim Hospitalized With Serious Injuries: Police

ANNANDALE, VA — Fairfax County Police are investigating a stabbing in an Annandale apartment complex on April 6 that sent a man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The victim was in the apartment building’s laundry room when a man began assaulting him. During the assault, the victim was stabbed, police said. At the hospital, the victim's condition was ultimately upgraded to stable condition.

Detectives do not believe the stabbing was a random act and do not believe it is related to an April 4 shooting in the same apartment complex.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic man in a blue coat and black pants.
