Winter Series: Steady in the Stillness
A 6-week yoga series, Tuesdays, January 13-February 17, 6:30 PM over Zoom
Steady in the Stillness is a six-week yoga series designed to support strength, balance, and steadiness through the winter months.
Classes blend gentle flow, standing and balance poses, and quiet moments of breathing and meditation. The focus is on moving with attention, building sustainable strength, and feeling more grounded in your body, especially during a season when energy can dip and stress can rise.
This series is well suited for adults who want a thoughtful, mixed-level yoga practice with options for different bodies and energy levels. Props such as blocks, straps, or a chair are welcome and encouraged.
Each class offers space to slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling a little more steady and at ease.
