Suspect Snatches Purse from Mom Walking with Children in Annandale: Police
The woman was walking along a street in Annandale early Friday morning when a car stopped, a man got out and grabbed her purse, police said.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- A suspect snatched a purse from a 35-year old mother walking with her two children Friday morning in Annandale, Fairfax County Police reported Monday.
The woman was walking with her kids early Friday before 7 a.m. in the 7500 block of McWhorter Place (see map below) when a car pulled up, police said. A man jumped out of the car, described as a four-door gray sedan, grabbed her purse and jumped back into the car, police said.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a dark complexion and wearing a hooded sweatshirt, police said.
