Kaine on Monday will urge Virginians, the Clinton campaign says, to "make history on Tuesday by electing Hillary Clinton president and embracing an America that is stronger together, with an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top."

Kaine on Monday will also lay out how the "division and dangerous views espoused by Donald Trump in his campaign make him unqualified, unfit and unworthy to lead this great nation," the campaign said.
Clinton is expected to hold her final rally before the election Monday night in Philadelphia with her husband former President Bill Clinton, their daughter Chelsea Clinton, President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama. Kaine and Holton will hold a final rally before Election Day Monday night in their hometown of Richmond, located about a two-hour drive south of the GMU campus.
