ARLINGTON, VA — Authorities are searching for two suspects following an attempted carjacking in Arlington.

According to Arlington police, the incident happened in the 4500 block of South Four Mile Run Drive just before 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Authorities said a man parked his car on the street and was walking in the area when he was approached by two male suspects, one of whom displayed a gun.

According to police, the men stole the victim's wallet and electronics, and they attempted to steal his car before fleeing the area on foot.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects are described as Black males. The first is between 6-foot 2-inches and 6-foot 4-inches tall and is approximately 35-40 years old. The second is between 5-feet 7-inches and 5-feet 9-inches tall and is approximately 30 years old.
