ARLINGTON, VA — Four juvenile suspects are facing charges after assaulting another juvenile and stealing his bike early Wednesday evening in Rosslyn, according to Arlington County Police.

Officers responded around 6:54 p.m. for the report of an assault that had just occurred near 18th Street North and North Quinn Street, according to police. The victim told officers that he was on his bike when he was assaulted by four young people he knew. Two of those suspects stole his bike and then all four left the area.

Investigators identified the four suspects and obtained petitions for assault by mob for two of the suspects and petitions for robbery for the other two, according to ACPD.
