Another Water Main Break In Crystal City
Elevators were stuck following a power outage and flooding in Crystal City this week.

ARLINGTON, VA -- Another water main break happened in Crystal City, and this one also involved a power outage that caused elevators to become stuck.
The Arlington Department of Environmental Services tweeted Tuesday that they were conducting emergency repairs to a water main break at Crystal Drive and Potomac Avenue, with the area also experiencing a power outage impacting several hundred customers and local businesses and hotels.
The Arlington County Fire Department tweeted that units had responded to "a couple stuck elevators in the area" due to the outage, and was working with Dominion Energy to ensure there were no electrical safety concerns.

There was also a large water main break in late March nearby at 23rd Street S and Crystal Drive.
