Arlington Man Wins Big Lottery Jackpot
An Arlington man won big playing the 10X the Money game from the Virginia Lottery.
ARLINGTON, VA -- An Arlington man is now $100,000 richer after buying a Virginia Lottery ticket at a local convenience store.
Robert Hilleary, a produce clerk, purchased two 10X The Money tickets at Glebe Market located at 300 N Glebe Road, and realized one of his tickets won the top prize while he was walking down the street scratching the tickets, according to the Virginia Lottery.
“I almost passed out,” he said. “I just couldn’t believe it!”

The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 1,049,143.
Hilleary said he will save and invest his winnings.
