Armed Carjacking In Crystal City: Police

ARLINGTON, VA -- Police are searching for four suspects after armed men forced someone out of their vehicle in Crystal City last weekend.

Police were called to the 2600 block of Crystal Drive at around 2:19 a.m. Dec. 22 to a report of an armed carjacking, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

Police say a man was idling in his vehicle at that address when a vehicle pulled up behind him.

Two men then got out of the vehicle and walked up to the car -- one brandishing a firearm and the other a knife -- and ordered the man out, the report states. They fled in the car before police arrived.

Police described the suspects as follows: "Suspect One is described as a black male, approximately 5’5”-5’7”, with a thin build and short, black hair, wearing all black clothing. Suspect Two is described as a black male, approximately 5’5”-5’7” and slightly taller than Suspect One, with a thin build and short, black hair, wearing all black clothing."
