Halloween Parade Named One Of The Best In U.S.

USA Today named the Del Ray Halloween Parade on its 10 Best Halloween Parades list. It ranked among the likes of the Village Halloween Parade in New York City, the Krewe of Boo! parade in New Orleans and Chicago's Arts in the Dark.

Cinnaholic Vegan Bakery Now Open

The Cinnaholic vegan bakery is now serving cinnamon rolls and other pastries in Stafford County. The facility celebrated its grand opening at 825 Wonder Road on Friday.

High School Student Earns Perfect AP Exam Score

An Alexandria City High School student earned a rare perfect score on an AP exam, a college-level test that earns undergraduate credit. Mohommed Abir Rhaman got the perfect score on the AP U.S. History exam. He was only one of 13 students to earn a perfect score among test takers in the U.S.
