Biting Firefighter Leads To Assault Charge For Quantico Man: ACPD

ARLINGTON, VA — A Quantico man who emergency medical personnel were taking to the hospital bit a firefighter on Friday night, according to Arlington County Police.

Police were summoned to the 5000 block of Columbia Pike in the Arlington Mill area around 8:08 p.m. on Friday to help fire personnel with a medical call for service.

While 48-year-old John Walker of Quantico was being taken to the hospital, he bit a firefighter, according to police. The firefighter’s injuries did not require medical attention.

Once Walker was released from the hospital, ACPD arrested and charged him with assault on a firefighter, according to police.
